2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use ViraLink. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.

Advertisers must complete the required Know Your Customer (KYC) process and provide accurate business information before launching campaigns.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, automated scripts, or fraudulent methods to generate clicks or views.
• Post or share illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the platform.
• Attempt to bypass click validation or payout mechanisms.

4. Advertiser Terms

Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads and must comply with our advertising guidelines.

• Ads go through a review process before being activated.
• Campaign budgets are non-refundable once the campaign has started.
• ViraLink reserves the right to reject any ad for any reason.

5. Earner and Sharer Terms

Users who earn by sharing links must adhere to the following:

• Only unique, valid clicks from real users are eligible for earnings.
• Earnings are sujeto to verification and may be adjusted in case of fraud detection.
• Minimum withdrawal limits and processing fees apply as displayed in the dashboard.

6. Payments and Withdrawals

All financial transactions are processed through third-party payment gateways (Paystack, AfricasTalking). ViraLink is not responsible for delays or issues caused by these third parties. Users are responsible for any taxes applicable to their earnings.

7. Limitation of Liability

ViraLink and its parent company, Moonsat Technology, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Moonsat Technology is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
